As the above image indicates, Majority of public schools within Douglas County have the same layout. Student parking, bus routes, faculty parking, and multiple roads to ensure traffic is minimized. North of the school is provided vast student parking with a two-way road with a median to ensure driving safety.
In comparison, Lutheran High School obviously is restricted upon it's growth. Quickly being boxed in within its own confines, LuHi lacks all the above a public school provides. Buses, drop-offs, students and faculty must all arrive through the same entrance. Therefore immense traffic occurs. Many simple yet expensive solutions can be made. Although as little as an extension of the parking lot or another road which the students may enter the school would decrease the amount of traffic vastly. Although not a top priority with a limited budget, to ensure the safety of LuHi's students, driving safety is priority.
